Will I be required to download a viewer?
No. Unlike other products such as Adobe Acrobat, you will not have to download a separate viewer before you can read your copy of VmusicBook. VmusicBook files are stored as a single executable file which has a built-in viewer.

Does VmusicBook take orders or payments by credit card or Paypal?

How many "PIN" codes are included with VmusicBook?
VmusicBook uses "advanced online authentication" which requires a PIN Code. Once you purchase the PIN code from www.vmusicbook.com/buy.html you will receive a software download link and a PIN code. After you unlock your book you will be able to have full access to all the books pages. When you buy the VmusicBook, it includes 1 pin code.

What are the minimum requirements to run VmusicBook?
The VmusicBook application will operate on Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista. An Intel compatible Pentium II class CPU, 64mb RAM and 10mb hard disk space are the minimum. Internet Explorer 5.0 (or newer) and 800x600 screen resolution with 16bit color is also recommended.

Is there a way to run VmusicBook on a Mac system running OSX?
At this time, VmusicBook only supports Windows 98/ME/NT/2K/XP and Vista systems. HOWEVER, you can still run it on a Mac IF you have 3rd party software installed that can emulate the Windows environment. GuestPC (http://www.lismoresystems.com) is an inexpensive emulator which can be purchased online and downloaded. Microsoft also has a product called VirtualPC (http://www.microsoft.com/virtualpc/). Either will allow you to install almost any version of Windows you can get your hands on, and as long as it's Windows 98 or above, you'll be able to benefit from all of VmusicBook's features.

USING VMUSICBOOK AND IT'S FEATURES

I am receiving an error when I try to register VmusicBook. What's wrong?
Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you are connected to the internet.
2. Double-check that you are entering your e-mail address and PIN code correctly. They are case sensitive and should contain no spaces.

If the problem still occurs:

1. Go to http://www.vmusicbook.com/ and click on "contact us".
2. Send us a message and should be able to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Ensure your computer is not running a firewall, spyware blocker or virus detector which could be preventing the registration signal from reaching us. You may have to temporarily disable any such software. Port number 445 must be open.

If the problem still occurs, please contact us our with your email address, PIN code, and any error messages received. Also please inform us that you have followed these steps!

Can I get VmusicBook on disk?
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery of VmusicBook on disk. If you loose your copy, or want the latest version, you can always contact us at any time.

I just bought my copy of VmusicBook and upon opening it, i get a message saying "This book is locked". What's wrong?
This occurs when they is a problem with your order and requires your order to be verified. Simply contact us, telling us the email address you used to buy your copy of VmusicBook.

When I download my copy of VmusicBook to a computer, i get a message that the file is blocked and/or might not be safe. What's wrong?
This error can be caused by your virus scanner, or many firewall clients (such as Microsoft security center) automatically block .exe files due to risk of a virus. We suggest resetting your firewall so that your VmusicBook.exe file will be able to open.
